At 6:00:00 (time replay)
During the prestart, both boats were on downwind. Alare on port, zk on starboard. Alare didn't keep clear and got lots of time and room to keep clear. After this, alare made a big contact, and stopped zk's boat. Alare took an advantage, thats why zk protested PR (protest RED) Besides, alare broke rule 10 Attach file: Link only for registered users

At 7:30:00 (time replay)
During the prestart, Zk and Alare are on downwind. Alare is in front of Zk and Alare gybes close in front of Zk. According to the rule 15, When a boat acquires right of way, she shall initially give the other boat room to keep clear, unless she acquires right of way because of the other boat’s actions. Zk must avoid Alare, to don't create a contact. Zk could have reluff but with the inertia, Zk can't otherwise a contact is created. When Alare gybes very close to me, alare isn't engaged and zk have to avoid alare.
