Hi JC. AS I WROTE you via wazzap i cant race tonight at 21.30 scheluded.

Considering the extra time RC gave for semi finals... Ill be able tomorrow night at 21 30.

Dear RC committee,

Lg and me have scheduled the last semi final race (7th) on sunday 09 June at 21.30 CET due to lack of disponibility of both.

For that we ask to race after the Semi finals deadline (today 08 June)

We have probably 7 races to sail.

Im available usually every night from 21 - 21.30.

Let me 1-2 days to train....and then we can start the fight.

I suggest to try to start next Monday 03 June.

The Race Committee is always available to help competitors finding an arrangement. But in this case it is useless, as Quentin will not be available on May 28-29-30, 31.

Introduced for lags and disconnections the possibility for RC to decide to recreate the conditions before lags and disconnections.

2.3 Disconnections

(1) a competitor may give victory to opponent;
(2) race may be cancelled and re sailed with the agreement of the parties; or
(3) the race may be neutralized to recreate conditions occurring before the lags or asynchronies; or
(4) each party may ask RC for evaluating the outcome of the race.
(b) RC will evaluate the development of the race until lags, making use of supporting evidences submitted, as replays, screenshots and
witness; where it is possible to reach a reasonable certainty about the likely outcome of the race, the RC may give the victory to one of the two
boats; decide to recreate conditions occurring before Lags or to re sail the race.
(c) In the presence of asynchronisms, in cases of protests, players will eventually be penalized on the basis of their own replay if provided to the RC
committee, if not on the basis of the host or opponent replay asynchronous.

These 2 points will be updated as soon as possible in the SI and have immediate effect.

1st ranked Omega vs 2nd ranked Alpha
1st ranked Alpha vs 2nd ranked Omega

SI 8.3
The default system of umpiring is the Traditional way, sending a protest to the Protest Committee after the race (SI 8.1)

The live umpire system (SI 8.2) can apply only if both competitor agree.
