As you can see in Hall of Fame, is a tradition to give a third position "EX AEQUO" ... so , all solutions as follows :

1) to follow tradition and #3 ex aequo without race
2) to race a regular petit finale ( no problem to give extra time )
3) to race ( for fun ) and have a gentle agreement on official #3 ex aequo.
