4.13 : I agree the 18.3 is wrong. Alberto asked a cancellation which was given.

7.12 : Alberto at port tack, Coli at starboard, so Alberto submitted to rule 10 might keep clear and round the mark. But Alberto didnt keep clear and on the contrary "pushed" Coli out of the zone and pushed Coli to tack on port tack. I think Coli chatted "P Alberto". IMO clear rule 10 breache from Alberto.

7.25 Coli broke rule 11 OR Alberto broke 16.1 because he changed course abruptly and Coli couldnt keep clear.

Anyway, nobody did 360. IMO : compensation.

After watching the replay, here our point :

10.45 Jiel starboard, Donmasi kept clear, Nick and Coli are at port tack and Coli leeward of Nick. So Nick is submitted to R11 and must keep clear from Coli because Coli submitted to rule 18 has given all the room to Nick to round the mark.

10.50 Nick and Coli raised their sail 2.

10.54 Coli ducked Jiel in luffing a little when Nick beared a little to hit Coli ...

The 18.3.a got from Albervita at 04:13 is veryvery doubtful and seems wrong. It should be instead a 18.2.a for Colibri.

For the 18.2.a got from Colibri at 07:27 a protest will be raised. Screenshot available.

At 10:55 Nick and Colibri are engaged at the downwind mark approach: Colibri did'n get mark-room to Nick being the inside boat.
Colibri has got a proper 18.2.a that was asked and cancelled.
We intend to raise a proper protest for this situation. (screenshot available)

The previous 16.1 and 18.2.c are somewhat compensating.
The 11 was wrong and in any case since I refused to cancel it, the situation falls under art. 9.2 e) of SI.
This flight is 3-8 for UNT

Now about the penalty 11 I got. Its a Nadeo bug because I entered clear ahead in the zone (at the begining you kept clear because Nadeo was OK but after you beared away Nadeo gave you the Right Of Way which is wrong).
"18.2 Giving Mark-Room
(b) .... If a boat is clear ahead when she reaches the zone, the boat clear astern at that moment shall thereafter give her mark-room."
Because I was slow (that is a sailing I may do) when you came inside me, you broke, IMO, rule 18.2(b) : you might give me the room to round the mark at the speed I was.
