Nelle apparentemente calme acque di La Trinitè, si consuma l'ultimo atto di questo appassionante e durissimo World Long Race Championship edizione 2013. Il risultato recita : Krio campione del mondo, PinkPanther Argento e Frank74 Bronzo.

In the seemingly calm waters of La Trinité, the last act of this exciting and tough Long Race World Championship 2013 edition was consumed. The result reads: Krio world champion, PinkPanther silver medal and Frank74 Bronze medal.



Un risultato a sorpresa ? Non troppo ! le infide acque di la Trinitè e il tracciato solo apparentemente "classico" disegnato da Skyppyno, hanno fatto ancora una volta selezione ... ma il risultato è giusto : Krio è stato sempre in testa inseguito da Pinkpanther e la loro posizione non è mai stata in discussione. Dietro , invece, Frank74 ha dovuto ricorrere a tutta la sua esperienza per avere ragione di skipper pretendenti alla vittoria finale , come Lepeiro, Laf, Cannmelilla e Fleet69. Il terzo posto ed il buon finale di stagione gli hanno valso il bronzo.

Quasi a confermare quanto sto scrivendo, notate che l'ordine di arrivo dell'ultima tappa per i primi tre skipper, è lo stesso che potete vedere nella classifica finale.

Ma anche tutti gli altri non si sono dati per vinti anche se la loro possibilità di vittoria era inferiore : MaxExp ( e i suoi lag ) , Roberto, Kochab , Albervita Sylcolo, Resitas, Galaico hanno scritto insieme le pagine entusiasmanti di questo Altura 2013.

... e Jacopo? ...

mai vi fu skipper più sfortunato : indiscusso dominatore della stagione regolare, pefetto interprete delle semifinali, disalbera ( si sconnette ) nelle due finali !!!
Credo di poter dire che un tale skipper meriterebbe uno sponsor adeguato che gli consenta di poter regatare su una imbarcazione più "stabile"

Nel frattempo, ( e in attesa che entrino nella competizione i Mistral, i Bracco e qualche redivivo Virtual-Winds ...) può accontentarsi del titolo virtuale di cui ormai tutti lo hanno investito . "Il Maestro" !!!

Buon vento a tutti con Altura e non dimenticate : sempre buon divertimento !



An upset ? Not too much! the treacherous waters of La Trinité, and the only apparently "classic " course designed by Skyppyno , have once again selected ... but the result is right : Krio has always been in the lead position followed by PinkPanther and their position has never been questioned. Behind, conversely , Frank74 had to resume all his experience to fold the resistance of skipper contenders for final victory : Lepeiro , Laf , Cannmelilla and Fleet69 . The third place and the good final of the season have earned him the bronze.

As confirmation of what I'm writing , notice that the order of arrival of the final race for the first three skipper, is the same that you can see in the final standings .

But all the others skippers have not given up even though their chances of victory was less : MaxExp (and its lags ), Roberto , Kochab , Albervita, Sylcolo, Resitas, Galaico wrote the fantastic pages of this exciting Altura 2013.

never there was most unfortunate skipper : the undisputed ruler of the regular season, perfect interpreter of the semifinals , dismasted ( disconnected ) in both the two finals !
I think I can say that such a skipper deserves a sponsor adequate to enable him to to sail on a boat more "stable"

In the meantime , ( and waiting for entering the competition Mistral, Bracco and some revived Virtual- Winds skipper ... ) he can settle for the virtual title of which now all skippers have invested him : "The Master "!
